Before contacting us regarding an issue please read through the below FAQs.
1. Undelivered Items – you paid and did not receive
Please understand this is not our fault and is a problem that happens in sl on occasion.
Please Send a notecard with your transaction history copy/pasted into the notecard for the item. To access trans history: www.secondlife.com > log in > transaction history (right hand side). In the notecard please include your first and last name.
2. Missing/Lost Items
- Search for the item in your inventory. This is done by openeing your inventory and typing the name or some portion of the name in the top of your inventory window.
- Look in your Lost & Found folder for coalesced items. Please refer to http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Help:Coalesce
- Try clearing your cache, refer to http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/How_to_clear_your_disc_cache
- If this all fails our “general” policy is to not replace lost or missing items. However we are sl residents also and understand that this does happen and will do our best to accommodate you and replace these items for free and sometimes for a discount depending on the items and the quantity lost.

In the notecard please include your first and last name. If trans history is not available, describe the best you can.
3. Custom Request & General Inquiries
- Notecards are best. Please send a notecard with your full sl name and what your question is or would like done.
- Feel free to IM us if we are online, we have no problem with you adding us as a friend. Our friends list does get overwhelming and we do need to remove people occasionally, please don’t be offended. Our IM’s are rarely capped (We are online very often) and they go to our email also.
- We usually will customize pieces to a small degree for no charge. We are extremely busy and please respect our time and we will respect yours. Also for this reason, most of our pieces now are modifiable. ** We are not responsible however if you destroy something modifying it **
- Large custom requests are harder to fill and do take time and we do charge for them.
4. My sits or animations in my chair don’t work?
- 95% of the time this is due to not allowing scripts to be run on your land. Open up your About Land page. Top of your screen World –> About Land… Click the Options tab and look at the check boxes for ‘Run Scripts:’. Verify the proper settings are set and if set to only group can run scripts that the furniture is set to the correct group (not deeded).
Please send all requests to Kristoffer Juneau or Aurora Jacks (or both). Most likely a response will be recieved in under 24 hours, just bear in mind we are extremely busy with lives otuside of sl as well. If you dont hear back after a few days feel free to pester us.

is the furnished version of the Cape Point house going to be available on the Market place so I can purchase with pay pal?

Yes, it is going to be available on the marketplace fully furnished. Dont hold me to a date but I would say a couple weeks. Just waiting to finalize a few of the interior builds. We can also sell the individual pieces in a package set and you can pay via paypal.
